🛝 Play Park Rules

All guests must complete a waiver before entering the play area.
No time limit — stay and play as long as you like!
Play area is unsupervised. Parents must supervise children at all times.
Socks required for ALL guests — children and adults. No bare feet or shoes.
Strollers are not allowed inside the play area.
Security cameras are installed throughout the facility.
No outside food or drinks, except for booked parties.
No eating or drinking in the play area — café seating only.
No toys allowed on the climbing structure.
Children must go down slides feet-first, one at a time.
Toddler zone (ages 3 and under) — older kids are welcome with kind play.
Please stay home if you or your child are feeling unwell.
Management may end a visit if equipment is used unsafely.

🎂 Party Rules

Advance reservation required for all birthday parties.
$200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
$500 non-refundable deposit for private facility rentals.
Your party is not confirmed until deposit is received.
Guests may bring their own food except pizza and coffee.
No popcorn or gum allowed.
Coffee & tea included with all party packages.
All party slots are 2.5 hours of Playtime. Room time is 2hrs.
No outside entertainment, characters, or balloons.
Alcohol permitted in private parties only (special licence required).
