Play Park Rules & Guidelines
- All guests are required to complete a waiver before entering the play area.
- Stay and play as long as you like — there’s no time limit!
- Our play area is unsupervised. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- Socks must be worn by both children and adults to enter the playground. Bare feet and shoes are not permitted.
- All guests must remove their shoes before entering the play area. Indoor slippers are welcome.
- Strollers are not allowed inside the play area.
- For everyone’s safety, security cameras are installed throughout the facility.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, property damage, or personal injury resulting from participation in activities within the facility.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for booked parties.
- No eating or drinking is allowed in the play areas. Food and beverages must remain in the café seating area or party rooms.
- No toys are allowed on the climbing structure.
- Children must go down the slide feet first, one at a time.
- We have a designated toddler zone for children ages 3 and under. Older children are welcome to play here as long as they follow the rules, play nicely with the younger children, and do not throw toys or engage in behaviour that could put toddlers at risk.
- Please ensure that you and your child are free of illness before visiting.
- Management reserves the right to terminate a visit if equipment is used improperly or unsafely.

Party Rules
- Advance reservation is required for all birthday parties and celebrations.
- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a party booking. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for private parties.
- Your party is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Cake is provided with select packages. Cake upgrades and ice cream cakes are available for an additional cost.
- Guests hosting a party may bring their own food and beverages with the exception of pizza and coffee.
- Popcorn and gum are not allowed.
- Complimentary coffee and tea are included with all party packages.
- All party slots are 2 hours long. Additional hours can be added, subject to availability — ask us for details.
- No outside Entertainment, character visits, and balloons.
- Please note that alcohol may only be brought in for private parties, and a special liquor license is required.
